Legal Disclaimers

"Me2u face painting" and/or "artist(s)" refers to any person authorized to conduct legal business for me2u face painting, including doing business as a face painter or make-up artist. "Client" refers to person(s) contracting with me2u face painting to obtain the services of a professional face painter or make-up artist.

Limitation of Liability: Me2u face painting uses paints, powders, and glitters with FDA approved materials, and while the risk for a possible negative reaction to these products is very low, me2u face painting will not be held liable for adverse reactions to the products it employs in its business. For more information about the contents of the products me2u face painting employs in its business, please visit the ingredients page on me2ufacepainting.com. Me2u face painting may refuse to paint any person with skin allergies or sensitive skin because of the risk of a possible negative reaction to the contents of the paints, powders, and/or glitters it uses. Me2u face painting may provide persons who either cannot or wish not to be painted because of skin allergies or sensitive skin condition with stickers/decals that can be applied to the clothing or skin. Me2u face painting reserves the right of refusal to paint any person who is and/or appears to be suffering from any communicable skin infection, rash, and/or other non-communicable skin condition it deems unsuitable for painting, including, but not limited to, cold sores, conjunctivitis, impetigo, pediculosis, scabies, eczema, sties, or any open wounds on the face or body.

Adverse Working Conditions: The client is responsible for securing the premises upon which me2u face painting will conduct its business. The client must ensure the safety of all persons, including the artist(s), to the best of its ability. Me2u face painting reserves the right to cease painting and leave premises without refunding any monies should adverse working conditions arise and client refuses to remedy said situation immediately upon receiving notice from me2u face painting. Adverse conditions included, but not limited to: destructive, violent, abusive, and/or any behavior of any person that limits ability of me2u face painting to conduct business in a safe manner; illicit activities, including but not limited to, domestic violence, drug use, and underage drinking and smoking; inclement weather; unsuitable lighting. Me2u face painting may refuse service to any person who threatens personal injury to its artist(s), uses offensive language to its artist(s), is hostile toward its patrons, and/or damages the property of me2u face painting to any degree.

Limitation on Artwork: Me2u face painting reserves the right of refusal to paint any design it deems offensive. Me2u face painting reserves the right of refusal to paint any part of the body.

Insurance: Me2u face painting is insured by First Specialty Insurance Corp./Clowns of the U.S.
